William A. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan has over 24 years of business, technology and finance experience and provides management guidance and in the areas of corporate systems, finance and planning.  In his most recent position of Manager for the Corporate Real Estate division, with E.I. duPont de Nemours, Inc., he was responsible for the purchase, sale, lease and asset administration of duPont's entire asset base of over $12 billion. Bill has the technical and financial operations at the Hotel duPont, a four star and four diamond luxury hotel, and the duPont Country Club, which services over 8,000 members.

Bill holds the designation of Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) and is an Instructor in Hospitality Courses for the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management at the University of Delaware. He is also an Instructor in Hospitality Computer Applications at the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management of Widener University in Pennsylvania. He has also taught Hotel/Motel Law, Front Office Operations, and Hospitality Managerial Accounting.
