Bob offers over 25 years of experience in the design, selection management and implementation of large‑scale inte­grated communications systems.  He has effectively used technology to enhance operating effi­ciency and to improve operations for companies and institutions worldwide.

Mr. Stoutenburgh's experience includes managing projects within the manufacturing, hospital­ity, healthcare and professional services areas.  His experience and capabilities include strate­gic plan­ning, organizational structure, staffing, project management, facilities planning & dis­aster recov­ery, telecommunications systems selection and implementation, voice/data integra­tion and lo­cal/wide area networking.  Each of these areas requires his insight into new tech­nologies and their beneficial implementation at the operational level.

Bob holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Uni­versity of Rhode Island and has completed graduate studies in finance at Southern Methodist Uni­versity, Dallas, Texas.  He has also been certified to operate nuclear power generation, propulsion and their supporting engineering systems.
