Douglas Snyder

Doug has over 30 years experience in the area of information technology, including planning, design, selection and installation management of telecommunications and LAN systems.  Doug’s background includes experience in government, computer, retail and healthcare industries.  He has held positions in engineering, marketing and general management as both an end user and a vendor. His experience includes consulting, managing, marketing, teaching, R/D and product management experience with Information Systems and Telecommunications in the government, computer, retail, education and health care industries.  He is adept at deploying technology to enhance business competitiveness by improving business processes and streamlining workflow. His engagements have included needs assessment, competitive analysis, budget development, functional specification and requirement development, executive interaction, presentation development and delivery, negotiations, project management, proposal writing and selling.  He has extensive technical experience with computers, call centers, databases, distribution systems, Internet technologies, networks (LAN, WAN and Wireless), security systems, voice processing (ACD, IVR, VR), and telephone systems.

Doug holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina, and M.S.E.E. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a B.S.E.E. from The Citadel.
